Dessert sun and sunny skies...

I've been remiss in keeping this blog up lately. I'll be taking a vacation to a different destination this winter (check out photo for a clue). Hopefully once I'm settled in a bit, I'll write here again. So stay tuned!

    I don't know how you feel about it, but having grown up in Duluth and the surrounding woods and waters, I found the desert Southwest to be quite boring. Gravel and cactus landscaping - Ugh!!

    Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, Jill! But I agree...nothing like our local area beauty. I have to add though that the sunny and warm days with cooler nights are very nice for a winter break :-)
